Melissa Hygienist --
Melissa is a registered dental hygienist at D3. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Philadelphia in 2024, after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Professions at Temple University in 2021. Melissa is committed to helping patients achieve healthy smiles and providing top-notch education on maintaining dental health at home. In her free time, she loves spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends, and, of course, her four cats!

Erin EFDA --
Erin began her dental career in 2012 after attending dental assisting school, and she completed her EFDA program at Harcum College in 2015. Erin is truly passionate about her work, always taking the time to ensure her patients feel relaxed and leave with a smile. She treats every patient like family, finding fulfillment in making them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Outside of work, Erin is a devoted dog lover. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her husband, their three dogs, and the rest of her family.

Ashley Office Manager --
Ashley has been a part of the dental industry since 2013. After gaining valuable experience in scheduling at a dental call center, she wanted to deepen her dental knowledge and engage more directly with patients. Ashley has extensive expertise in insurance, billing, treatment planning, and customer service, and she is passionate about providing the best care possible. She especially loves witnessing the transformative results of smile makeovers.
Outside of work, Ashley is a devoted Eagles and Phillies fan. She enjoys spending time at the beach, listening to country music, and making memories with her partner, Amy, and her son, Conor.
Molly Treatment Plan Coordinator --
Molly started her dental career in 2020 as a treatment coordinator, where she quickly developed a passion for helping patients and assisting with their dental needs. With a strong background in insurance, billing, financing, and treatment coordination, Molly has built a solid foundation in the industry. Currently, she is working towards earning her Hygiene License. Outside of work, you can find Molly bartending, singing, or traveling with her significant other, Liam.
